How to write a hr officer CV

  1. Name the HR functions you handle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, employee relations, compliance.
  2. Give scale: positions filled, employees supported, time-to-hire, turnover rate changes.
  3. Mention HRIS tools (SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle HCM, Odoo) and labour-law knowledge (EOBI, PESSI/SESSI).
  4. Include CIPD, SHRM or HR diploma courses if you have them.
